Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan said that the RA Law on Communication refers to regulation issues rather than to management aspects.

Thus, according to the Minister, it is necessary to regulate physical networks and create information banks.

Besides, it is necessary to create a communication inspection to follow the services provided in the country’s regions and activity of communication operators and providers.
