Chairman of Armenia's National assembly Armen Khachatryan has spoken with an initiative to propose amendments to the law for the holidays. He suggests including the Day of St Echmiadzin in the list of official holidays. According to the draft this holiday is to be celebrated in 64 days after Easter. The speaker of the Parliament has said Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II is for his initiative.
