Famous French singer Armenian by birth Sharl Aznavur arrived in Yerevan tonight. He will participate in the celebrations in connection with the tenth anniversary of independence of the Republic and the 1700-th anniversary of proclamation of Christianity in Armenia. Aznavur will also visit the earthquake zone towns. He will take part in setting up a monument to himself in Gumri. Let us remind that Yerevan City Administration decided to name the square adjoining "Moscow" capital cinema and "Yerevan" hotel after Sharl Aznavur.
