Armenia is 2nd at chess tournament in Moscow

A youth team chess tournament honoring international arbiter Vladimir Dvorkovich is under way in Moscow.

After 12 rounds, the Armenian chess players are second with 15 team and 24.5 and personal points respectively. China tops the tournament with 23 (39) points.

Meanwhile, International Master Mikael Agopov has gained three points after four rounds at Heart of Finland chess tournament in Finland. He is a point behind the leaders.

Grand Master Tigran Gharamian has scored 4.5 points out of five in the International Open of Paris. He is only half a point behind the leader, Sebastien Feller (France), armchess.am reported.
