Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan signed a decree to institute a second degree medal for military duty to encourage servicemen at RA Armed Forces military units.

Contract servicemen, contributing to provision of territorial integrity and state border inviolability will be awarded with a medal, RA Defense Ministry press service reported.
