At August 5 governemntal sitting, headed by RA Prime Minister Tirgan Sargsyan, a resolution was passed to allocate AMD 24,6 million to Armenian Ministry of Extraordinary situations in order to aid Russia with forest fire extinction.

Several fire fighting regiments, as wel as firefighting equipment were sent on August 4-5 to Russia, governmental press service reported.
