NKR parliamentary speaker Ashot Gulyan met with BarCamp Artsakh 2010 informal IT conference participants in Shushi.

At the meeting, Ashot Gulyan emphasized the necessity of unified RA-NKR cyberspace formation.

“IT sphere development will not only help oppose information wars, but also strengthen social and economic spheres, as well as educational system,” the speaker noted.

Ashot Gulyan further stated that NKR National Assembly website will soon be put into operation, providing information on bills, legislation and citizen’s letters.

BarCamp Artsakh 2010 conference kicked off in Stepanakert on August 11, bringing together about 70 participants from Artsakh and Armenia.

As head of the IT development department at the Artsakh Ministry of Culture Vladimir Grigoryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, the main goal of the event is to establish contacts between representatives of youth interested in information technologies.
