Armenia, Russia sign protocol on space innovations cooperation

A protocol on development and strengthening of scientific collaboration between Armenia and Russia was signed in the representation of the Federal Agency on CIS Affairs and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) in Yerevan on August 15.

The protocol envisages joint examination of anthropogenic pollution, comet threat and cosmic formations. It also supposes modernization of the Burakan astrophysical observatory, which will presumably cost 4.5 million euro, the Rossotrudnichestvo representation’s press service told PanARMENIAN.Net.
