On August 18, NKR National Assembly speaker Ashot Ghulyan met in Stepanakert with British MP Stephen Pound.

At the guest’s request, speaker Ghulyan briefed on the republic’s political field, parliamentary traditions and perspectives, as well as recent developments in Karabakh conflict settlement and NKR position on the issue.

The two men also discussed establishment and deepening of ties between NKR and UK parliaments, NKR NA press service reported.
