THE NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE CIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL BANK REGARDING A CREDIT FOR NUCLEAR FUEL OBTAINING CONTINUE
The negotiations of Armenia's government with the direction of intergovernmental bank regarding the credit for getting nuclear fuel for Armenian nuclear power plant continue. The government intends to get $6 million from the Intergovernmental Bank and to use $4 million of the sum to pay for the fuel promised by Russia and $2 million for planned prophylactic repair of the plant. This will be the second credit, given by the Intergovernmental bank for Armenian NPP needs. The intergovernmental bank will give $4 million credit under budget guarantees, the term of credit repayment is 5 years with 9.9% rate.
