We must call on friendly states to launch Artsakh independence recognition process, Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary group leader Galust Sahakyan stated.

“Karabakh has to be recognized by foreign states as a subject of international law and have representations in different countries,” Sahakyan told a news conference in Yerevan.
