Traffic police launched ‘Mind Out! Children’ 10-day campaign

Traffic police will hold ‘Mind Out! Children’ 10-day campaign from September 1 to 10, 2010.

“I congratulate all parents on the beginning on the school year but at the same time do call on them not to cause jams. The drivers violating the traffic rules will be liable to punishment,” traffic police chief Norayr Sargsyan said.

“On September 1 the traffic police will start service at 8 am. Last year, 58 car accidents were registered between September 1 and 10. 5 people were killed and 71 injured. We will exert every effort to prevent accidents this year,” he said.
