Levon Aronian shares points with Vladimir Kramnik at Shanghai Chess Masters Grand Slam

In the third tour of Shanghai Chess Masters Grand Slam, Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian shared points with Vladimir Kramnik of Russia. Aronian is leading the tournament, having gained 2 more points in the next tour.

Defeating China’s Wang Hao, Alexei Shirov of Spain also gained 2 points.

The two winners qualify for the Grand Slam Final Masters due October 9-15 in Bilbao, to play against Viswanathan Anand and Magnus Carlsen.
