Azeri resolution-related events in UN General Assembly prove the world still remembers the truth about Karabakh conflict, the head of Analitika.at.ua directory Marat Hakobyan stated.

“Yesterday’s events came as a demonstration of a victory of Armenian foreign policy over Azeri misinformation. Armenian diplomacy has plenty of work to be accomplished. We need to remind the world about tragic events in Baku, Sumgait and Maraghar. World has to see the situation Armenian refugees found themselves in, learn about the reasons behind Karabakh conflict break out. Armenia should use the experience and possibilities of Diaspora in its foreign policy,” Hakobyan stressed in a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

On September 9 Azerbaijan withdrew the draft resolution A/64/L.57 “On occupied Azeri territories” from consideration and voting at the UN General Assembly, requesting to move the relevant agenda item to the agenda of the 65th Session of the GA.
