Animator Paul Smith will reveal the secrets of puppet animation during seminars to be held in Yerevan.

“In my seminars, I’ll describe the technique of puppet animation, as well as Aardman studio methods in creation of animated films,” the animator told a news conference in Yerevan. “We’ll cover the use of special effects, talk about the importance of teamwork and methods of animation employed in a number of commercials we’ll watch together.”

Wallace and Gromit plasticine puppets, the main characters in a series consisting of British animated short films by Aardman Animations were brought to Yerevan.
