Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan offered to form a working group on TV digitization given the brisk discussion of the Law on Television and Radio.

“The group consisting of concerned organizations and personalities under chairmanship of the Armenian human rights defender will assist discussion of the existing problems,” said Armen Arzumanyan, a spokesman for the President.
