Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory address to the people’s Artist of Armenian SSR, USSR, laureate of state awards, famous composer Alexander Harutyunyan on his 90th birth anniversary.

“I’m confident, creative work that brought you public acclaim will become exemplary for true admirers of art,” the President emphasized in his address.
