Armenia, Belarus to boost cooperation in various fields

The 8th session of Armenia-Belarus intergovernmental committee was launched in Yerevan.

The session focused on perspectives of bilateral cooperation in the fields of trade, economy, healthcare, agriculture, education, science, IT and culture.

Armenian Minister of Economy Nerses Yeritsyan emphasized the potential for development of cooperation in jewellery production and Armenian brandy manufacturing in Belarus. He also briefed the participants on opening of ArBe Armenian-Belarusian Chamber of Commerce.

Belarusian Minister of Trade Valentin Chekanov, in turn, specifically noted the increase of turnover between the two countries.
