Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan accompanied by Mayor of Yerevan Gagik Beglaryan and Economy Minister Nerses Yeritsyan visited Grand Candy company on September 29 to walk through candy, ice cream and bakery workshops.

The visited was dated to the company’s 10th anniversary.

As Grand Candy owner Karen Vartanyan told journalists, the company is planning to double the number of job opportunities.

“Currently, we have 2000 employees. Earlier this year, 200 people were hired for a new bakery workshop. During 10 years of its existence, the company invested AMD 11 billion 534 million in production. AMD 12 billion 131 million was paid to the state budget,” he said.
