Armenian National Security Council slams Turkey and Azerbaijan’s policy aimed at isolation of Armenia from regional projects

On October 1, Armenian National Security Council (NSC) Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan met with the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby.

The meeting focused on Armenia-EU 2009-2011 action program, extension of EU consulting group activities in Armenia as well as EU support for the development of frontier infrastructures in Armenia and South Caucasus.

The parties also discussed Karabakh issue and normalization of Armenia-Turkey ties, with NSC Secretary slamming Turkey and Azerbaijan’s policy aimed at isolation of Armenia from regional projects, NSC press service reported.
