Rostelecom OJSC and GNC Alpha telecommunications operator have signed a service agreement, allowing GNC Alpha to act as exclusive partner to promote Rostelecom’s IP-transit, internet access and channel leasing services in Armenia.

According to GNC Alpha general manager Hayk Farmazyan, it’s the right time to launch services in the republic.

“The project is very important,” said Anton Kolpakov, Rostelecom’s senior vice president. “Our company collaborates with 400 international organizations and this project is a part of its strategy.”
