ARF Dashnaktsutyun delegation led by the ARFD Bureau member Mario Nalbandian and the Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director Kiro Manoyan are participating in Socialist International regional committee meeting in Baku, member of ARFD Armenia supreme body Spartak Seyranyan stated.

Commenting on possible threats to Armenian delegation during the stay in Baku, Seyranyan noted, “I don’t believe that Azerbaijan so lacks in self -respect as to be unable to provide Armenian delegation’s security.”

Baku is hosting the meting of the SI Committee for the CIS, the Caucasus and the Black Sea on Oct.11-12.
