Co-chairman of Matter of Honor Russian-Armenian benevolent organization, President of All Armenian Youth Center Andranik Nikoghosyan was awarded an order by the Russian Orthodox Church for his contribution to restoration of the Hill of Honor memorial in Gyumri, Armenia.
