As reported earlier, OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs, Ambassadors Bernard Fassier (France), Igor Popov (Russia), Robert Bradtke (USA) and Personal Representative of the Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk will arrive in the region in November.

Upon completion of OSCE Field Assessment Mission in Karabakh-surrounding territories, the mediators expressed their intention to visit the region in the beginning of November. Before their arrival, an internal report will be submitted to the OSCE and conflicting parties.

Meetings with Armenian and Azerbaijani authorities, as well as preparation of the two countries’ Foreign Ministers meeting at CoE Committee of Ministers session in Strasbourg are on Co-chairs’ visit agenda.

Preparation for the next meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents in the framework of December 1-2 OSCE summit in Astana will be launched in Strasbourg.
