World-known advertising masters to gather in Yerevan for Popok International Advertising Festival

On October 28-30, Yerevan will host Popok International Advertising Festival organized by the Advertising Council of Armenia.

The event aims at providing expert assessment to the activities of Armenian advertisement companies, development of advertising art and training of experts in Armenia.

“Popok” is the Armenian for walnut, the kernel of which, as perceived by festival organizers, resembles a brain. “The brain generates original ideas, essential in creation of impressive commercials which entice us into making purchases,” the head of Popok Organising Committee Armen Petrosyan said, explaining the choice of festival name.

Guests from Georgia, Holland, Turkey, Iran, Baltic and Middle East countries are also expected.

Master classes of famous advertisement experts will be held within festival framework.
