An Istanbul court has ruled that Ogun Samast, the primary suspect in the assassination of Agos Armenian-Turkish newspaper Hrant Dink, is to be tried in a juvenile court, CNNTirk reported.

The court based its decision on the grounds that Samast was under the age of 18 at the time of the assassination.
