The Armenian Ministry of Defense issued a statement with regard to the killing of NKR army soldier Harut Grigoryan, 20, who was shot as result of firing initiated by the Azerbaijani side at the line of contact.

The Ministry condemned attempts to destabilize the region on the threshold of the meeting between Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian Presidents in Astrakhan.
