Recently a number of Armenian and Azeri political experts attempted to join efforts in finding keys to Karabakh conflict settlement, the head of information department at NKR President’s office David Babayan stated.

“The most recent one among projects described, Rauf Rajabov and Stepan Grigoryan’s “road map” is an attempt to work off the foreign grants. International organizations wish to model a theoretical solution to the issue; however, the reality is much more complicated because of Azerbaijan’s non-constructive position,” Babayan told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

He urged project authors to direct efforts at decreasing Azerbaijan’s revanchist outbursts and cause Baku to adequately perceive the reality.

Armenian and Azeri political experts Stepan Grigoryan and Rauf Rajabov have authored a new “road map for Karabakh conflict settlement”. The initiative was financed by LINKS British NGO, represented by executive director Dennis Sammut.
