Armenia, Israel to implement joint programs

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received newly appointed Israeli Ambassador to Armenia Shmuel Meirom.

Congratulating the Ambassador on his appointment, Mr. Sargsyan expressed hope that his activity will be aimed at boosting the bilateral relations, the RA governmental press service reported.

The parties discussed outlooks of joint programs implementation in the fields of economy, healthcare, tourism, education, science and culture. Besides, the two men stressed the importance of organization of business forums for the development of economic ties.

Tigran Sargsyan attached importance to application of Israel’s experience in the work with structures of Diaspora.
