Neither regional nor international powers believe that Nagorno Karabakh can ever be a part of Azerbaijan, according to director of the Armenian Center for National and International Studies, ACNIS.

As Richard Giragosian told a news conference in Yerevan on November 9, Armenia has missed a large number of chances for NKR recognition.

However, he noted, the OSCE Minsk Group has already informally recognized independence of Artsakh and is now seeking ways to make Baku accept the reality.
