Armenian PM discusses economic cooperation with EU

During a visit to Brussels, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan discussed economic cooperation between Armenia and the European Union.

The meeting with European Trade Commissioner Karel De Gucht focused on reforms carried out in Armenia and the comprehensive free trade agreement to be signed.

PM Sargsyan invited Mr. de Gucht to visit Armenia.

The Armenian Prime Minister met with representatives diamond processing companies to discuss Armenia’s investment facilities and also attended the office of the European Friends of Armenia where Armenian foreign and domestic policies were debated in presence of EU envoy to the South Caucasus Peter Semneby, representatives of Armenian organizations, scientists and analysts.
