Armenia can be a good pharmaceutical country, as it has experienced chemists, technological base and favorable investment climate, according to USAID/Armenia Deputy Mission Director John Seong.
“The U.S. attaches importance to development of pharmaceutics in Armenia. Local manufacture of medicine helps diversify the economy, create job opportunities and make high-quality medicine affordable for the population,” Mr. Seong said, adding that the legislation should be reformed and investments attracted to develop pharmaceutics in the country.
