Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has congratulated the Union of the Armenians of Russia on its 10th anniversary.

In his address, the Russian leader emphasized the significant contribution of the Armenian community to the economy of Russia, international concord and cultural diversity.

The visit of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has been timed to the celebration of the event, The Voice of Russia reported.
