Budget receipts assemblability level was set among priority programs in governmental fiscal policy, Tigran Sargsyan stated.

Presenting 2011 budget project at parliamentary sitting, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of increasing tax income without rate increase.

As Sargsyan noted, in 2009-2010 serious benefits were allowed for medium and small businesses within anti-crisis policy framework. “In such circumstances, it’s natural to expect the increase of budget payment to exceed GDP growth,” he said.
