Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said that the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC) praises Armenia’s active participation in all programs.

Armenia has observer’s status in EurAsEC and actively participates in all programs, including in formation of the anti-crisis fund, said Mr. Sargsyan based on the results of his visit to Saint Petersburg.

According to him, Armenia has advanced initiatives concerning scientific, humanitarian and cultural fields as well.

The Armenian Ministry of Finance has submitted a range of large investment projects to the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) and EurAsEC anti-crisis fund.

“The projects can be financed by these structures, as they are of regional importance. But from the other point of view, huge investments are needed,” concluded Tigran Sargsyan.
