Army is a part of society and its reflection, said Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos), a hero of Karabakh war.

Commenting on the November 19 incident at the frontline of Nagorno Karabakh armed forces as result of which 4 soldiers were killed and 4 injured, Ter-Tadevosyan said the incident was an ethnic issue.

As to the risk of resumption of hostilities, he said it’s “rather high”.

“The recent statements issued by the OSCE Minsk Group, where the Co-chairs name Stepanakert as Khankendi and use the term “occupied territories” give green light to Baku’s aggression,” Commandos said.
