Yerevan will host internet broadcast of TEDx Women conference in December 2010.

The event is aimed at increasing the number of women speakers at TED conferences, TEDx Yerevan licensee Christina Sargsyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

TEDx is a non-official program of American TED (Technology Entertainment Design) foundation. Since 1984, the foundation has organized annual conferences, which brought together scientists, politicians, entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, engineers, etc.
