Foreign Ministry of the Artsakh Republic doesn’t make forecasts regarding the impending OSCE summit.

“We are just waiting and will confirm its position after the summit,” Foreign Minister Georgy Petrosyan said.

International experts and mediators are hopeful to register some progress in Karabakh talks during the OSCE summit to be held in Astana December 1-2.
