. During 2001 about 20% of army officers of the Defense Ministry RA were discharged of their posts. They were discharged because of serious infringement of the law at their military units. The Minister of Defense Serj Sarkisian said about that fact at the National Assambly. He said also that during 5 month of this year the death rate in army has been decreased by 10% in comparison with the same period of time in 2000. And vise versa the number of small crime increased by 80%.
