. Leader of newly formed National Democratic Party Shavarsh Kocharian has presented the presidency of the Parliament a new Constitution project developed by the Party. NDP refuses flatly to making amendments to the Constitution in force and insists on passing a new one. According to Kocharian's words, making amendments and supplements to the Constitution in force is equal to recognition of the results of the falsified elections in 1995.
