NKR Foreign Minister Georgy Petrosyan said that official representation of the Republic of Artsakh is planned to be opened in Brussels.

The representation needs to be opened, taking into consideration EU’s activation in the Karabakh conflict settlement, Petrosyan said during a discussion of the 2011 draft budget in the NKR parliament.

Petrosyan added that it is necessary to establish a governmental commission to initiate the process of Nagorno Karabakh’s recognition by the international community.

AMD 20mln (over $55,000) growth will be recorded in the funds allocated to the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the NKR draft state budget.
