Artsakh has every political, historical and legal reason for self-determination, Armenian Prime Minister said.

Addressing a forum titled “Legal aspects of Artsakh’s self-determination in the context of modern international law. Before and after Kosovo”, Tigran Sargsyan emphasized that a generation of specialists who have set themselves a task of studying the legal aspects of Nagorno Karabakh's self-determination has formed in Armenia.

The event was organized by the International and Comparative Law Center.
