On December 11, Armenian President, the head of National Security Council (NSC) Serzh Sargsyan convened a NSC session.

Session participants discussed and approved 2011-2015 defense technology program. The program aims at provision of necessary means to neutralize military aggression threatening Armenia, as well as increase of fighting capacity through acquirement of new armament.
