Russian Foreign Ministry announced a tender for 3-year insurance of its USD 4billion overseas property.

The embassies are also to be insured against terrorist attacks in high risk zones including Georgia, Moldavia, Azerbaijan, Montenegro, Spain, Turkey and Egypt, gazeta.ru reported.
