Hrayr Tovmasyan was appointed as Justice Minister of Armenia.

Doctor of Law Tovmasyan has never worked in governmental agencies and is non-partisan. He gained wide experience in working with international organizations and took part in elaboration of various bills.

Former Justice Minister Gevorg Danielyan was released from the post by a presidential decree on December 9.
