Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to his Ukrainian counterpart Nikolay Azarov on occasion of his birthday.

“I wholeheartedly congratulate you on your birthday and wish success at the post for the welfare of the Ukrainian people,” PM Sargsyan said.
