David Babayan: Azerbaijan will avoid establishing contacts with Artsakh

Head of the Central Information Department of the Artsakh President’s Office David Babayan said that recently not only Karabakh, but also a range of international organizations started seriously considering the possibility of rehabilitation of the full format of negotiations for the Karabakh conflict settlement.

“We cannot speak about the conflict settlement, unless the full format of negotiations is restored,” Babayan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

He added that Azerbaijan will hamper it in every possible way and avoid establishment of contacts with Artsakh, since it may be conceived as readiness to accept the Karabakh people’s right to self-determination.
