Karabakh conflict settlement talks should continue based on the UN Charter, Helsinki Final Act as well as those statements adopted in L’Aquila and Muskoka, according to Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.

As he noted, the work over the reviewed Madrid document is in progress. “Hopefully, next year the issue will be finalized. Azerbaijani side seeks to start working on peace agreement.”
