Member of the public council at the RA Ministry of Defense, military psychologist David Jamalyan said that Azerbaijan will continue its information and propagandistic war against Armenia in 2011.

The Azerbaijani authorities will continue submitting anti-Armenian resolutions to international organizations and organizing subversive acts in the Karabakh conflict zone, Jamalyan told a press conference in Yerevan.

According to him, under the current conditions, when a peace agreement is not signed with Azerbaijan, Armenia, as per the military doctrine, should serve as a guarantor of the Karabakh people’s security, since the security of the Karabakh people and Armenia’s citizens is still endangered.
