Russia’s Ambassador to Armenia Vyacheslav Kovalenko visited VivaCell-MTS headquarters to meet with the General Manager Ralph Yirikian, the company’s press office reported.

At a special ceremony, Ambassador Kovalenko conferred a governmental medal on Mr. Yirikian to honor his outstanding contribution to development and reinforcement of Armenian–Russian relations in the cultural and humanitarian fields.
